Jennifer Arroyo is a seasoned technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in advanced communications, satellite systems, and strategic business development. With a career spanning Raytheon, Cubic Nuvotronics, and Terran Orbital, she has led complex engineering programs, shaped technology roadmaps, and driven high-value capture efforts across LEO communications, RF systems, and emerging space architectures.
Her background includes hands-on design of microwave and RF modules, leading multi-disciplinary teams, architecting satellite payloads, and guiding proposals and customer engagement for both commercial and government missions. Known for blending technical depth with clear strategy, Jennifer excels at translating complex challenges into actionable solutions that meet mission objectives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and has completed advanced training in capture management, systems engineering, and leadership. Jennifer is committed to building strong partnerships, empowering teams, and delivering results with integrity, clarity, and purpose.
